Summer Housing

We invite you to apply for campus housing for the Summer 2023 term. Housing would like to share some information on what to expect, in order to secure housing and have a successful experience during the summer 2023 term.

Summer Housing Information:
Residence Life offers students summer housing options that complement our traditional full summer terms: Summer Session I & Summer Session II. Students must be registered for one or more summer courses to be eligible for on-campus housing. Summer housing placement will be assigned to a designated hall in Founders Woods, which consists exclusively of 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. Flexible stay options include the selection of any 5 week term session set to begin June 4 through August 13. The housing cost for each term session is $750. Current residents requiring interim housing between the spring-to-summer terms or summer-to-fall term may be available at an additional cost of $350 per extended stay period. The summer application becomes available Friday, April 7 with a submission deadline of Friday, May 5.

Spring to Summer Transition – Interim Housing: $350*

  • Extended Stay I (Interim Housing I)
  • Saturday, May 13 – Saturday, June 3
  • *Available to current spring 2023 term residents
  • *Summer transition date – Tuesday, May 16 at 9:00 am

Summer Session I: $750*

  • Sunday, June 4 – Sunday, July 9
  • Move in – Sunday, June 4 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Move out – Sunday, July 9 at 12:00 p.m.

Summer Session II: $750*

  • Sunday, July 9 – Sunday, August 13
  • Move in – Sunday, July 9 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Move out – Sunday, August 13 at 12:00 p.m.

Summer to Fall Transition – Interim Housing: $350*

  • Extended Stay II (Interim Housing II)
  • Sunday, August 13 – Sunday, August 27
  • *Available to fall term residents only
  • *Fall transition date – Monday, August 14 at 9:00 a.m.
