Benedictine University maintains and operates campus housing as an integral part of academic life in the belief that educational experiences are not solely contained in the classroom, laboratory or library.
Jaeger Hall
All Female
Jaeger Hall is an all-female residence hall with a capacity of 145 students. It’s adjacent to the Krasa Student Center on Lisle’s campus.
About Jaeger Hall
The residence hall offers traditional dorm-style living arrangements with double and single occupancy living options on four floors. Jaeger is equipped with 24-hour surveillance and a resident assistant on each floor to ensure the safety of students.
Amenities include:
- Five computer terminals
- An entertainment lounge
- Washers and dryers on the lower level
- Community bathrooms on each floor
- Rooms are tiled and measure approximately 11 by 15 feet and can accommodate a 90-by-60 inch rug
- Furniture includes twin XL-size bunk-able beds, double-drawer wood wardrobes, maple desks and upholstered two-position chairs
Visitation Policy
The University’s visitation policy authorizes Jaeger Hall to establish visitation hours acceptable to the residents within the following parameters:
- 11:00-12:00 a.m. (Sunday-Thursday)
- 11:00-2:00 a.m. (Friday and Saturday)
The area coordinator is authorized to establish local procedures and rules for visitation and may suspend visitation privileges for a reasonable period of time should the social order of the residence hall program be disrupted.
Male visitors must be escorted by a female resident throughout the entire building.

Ondrak Hall
All Male
Ondrak Hall is an all-male residence hall with a capacity of 190 students located on the south end of Lisle’s campus.
About Ondrak Hall
The residence hall offers traditional dorm-style living arrangements with double and single occupancy living options on three floors. Ondrak is equipped with 24-hour surveillance and a resident assistant located on each floor to ensure the safety of students.
Amenities at this residence hall include:
- Five computer terminals
- An entertainment lounge
- Washer and dryers on the lower level
- Community bathrooms on each floor
- Carpeted rooms measuring approximately at 11 by 14 feet
- Furniture includes twin XL-size bunk-able beds, double-drawer wood wardrobes, maple desks and upholstered two-position chairs

The University visitation policy authorizes Ondrak Hall to establish visitation hours acceptable to the residents within the following parameters:
- 11:00-12:00 a.m. (Sunday-Thursday)
- 11:00-2:00 a.m. (Friday and Saturday)

Founders’ Woods Apartments
Co-Ed
Founders’ Woods is a co-ed living community with a capacity of 275 students located on the western edge of Lisle’s campus.
About Founders’ Woods
Units are assigned by gender and feature one-, two- and four-bedroom apartment-style living options.
Founders’ Woods consists of seven individual residential halls: Anderson, Becker, Kucera, Roman North, Roman South, Thomas and Valentine. Units range from 447 to 1,190 square feet and are fully furnished. Furnishings include a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, full size bed, desk and chair, and in-unit washer and dryer.
