Today’s Event Cancelled

Due to today’s weather conditions, including rain and thunderstorms, we have made the decision to cancel today’s Oktoberfest Lisle event for the safety of our guests, staff, volunteers, and vendors.

Oktoberfest Lisle was scheduled to take place rain or shine, but with unsafe weather in the forecast, and excessive standing water within the tent, cancelling today’s event is the safest choice for everyone involved.

While our standard event policy does not provide refunds due to inclement weather, we understand the unique circumstances of today’s cancellation. If you pre-purchased tickets for tonight’s event, please contact [email protected] to discuss your options.

Benedictine University and the Village of Lisle proudly present Oktoberfest Lisle! A lively two-day community festival featuring German food, beer, and live music!

Help support Benedictine University’s student life and activities, campus beautification, and future special events.

The outdoor, big tent fun will be held at Benedictine University on Friday, September 18 at 5 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 19, at 4 p.m.

Whether you’re here for the food, live music, or the beer, there’s something for everyone!

Admission for adults is $15 per person, and includes a free beer or pretzel, free parking, access to live entertainment, vendor areas, and more! Admission for children (Ages 5-12) is $5 (admission only), and anyone under 5 years old gets in for free!

Presales for tickets end Thursday, Sept. 17 at midnight. Tickets will still be available for purchase onsite during both days.

Oktoberfest Lisle will take place rain or shine! In the event of unsafe weather (e.g., lightning, tornadoes, etc.), Benedictine University will close the grounds and cancel the event for attendee safety. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks will be issued due to inclement weather.
