Mesa Housing

Welcome to Alhambra!

This newly renovated building offers Benedictine University Mesa students a one-of-a-kind living experience. Students will enjoy dormitory-style rooms that open up to a breathtaking courtyard where they can entertain friends, study, grill, play corn hole and relax.

Along with the outdoor courtyard, Alhambra has other shared amenities including a study area, kitchen, laundry room, a rooftop patio deck and parking.

Alhambra

Formerly a hotel built in the 1980s, Alhambra was renovated and completed in 2017. The dormitory offers students the options of single or double rooms, or double or triple suites. A representative of the BenU Mesa faculty and a resident assistant live on site to help serve the needs and requests of students.

The building is only accessible with a resident key card and has 24-hour video monitoring, monitored the Benedictine campus police.

Residency Requirements + Pricing

Residency Requirements

All first-year freshmen attending Benedictine Mesa who are originally outside the state of Arizona are required to live in Alhambra. Students who graduated from a high school or other educational institution outside a 30-mile radius of the university are strongly encouraged to live on campus during their first year.
