Campus Ministry

Campus Ministry supports the spiritual lives of all members of the Benedictine University community.

Campus Ministry dedicates itself to pastoral care, faith formation, and furthering the common good through practice of the Benedictine hallmarks for all members of the Benedictine University community. Campus Ministry provides a lived pastoral dimension to the University that is holistic for all community members – built on relationships rooted in the care of the whole person including faith formation, spiritual reflection, moral and ethical development, service and social justice, vocation and dedication to spiritual life and faith practice reflective of the Catholic and Benedictine mission and identity of the University. Liturgical celebrations, pastoral care, service opportunities and interfaith dialogue, are some of many ways Campus Ministry lives out its mission. Rooted in the Benedictine spiritual tradition, we strive to show our students the value of a life lived in balance.

Campus Ministry cares for all in our community. Rooted in the Benedictine spiritual tradition, we strive to show our students the value of a life lived in balance.

Benedictine University is Catholic, Benedictine, and intentionally interfaith. We live this tradition daily through worship & prayer, service & justice, and interfaith dialogue opportunities.
