Skills to Design and Manage Human Organizational and Resource Systems
The M.S. in M.O.B. program aims to equip graduates with the skills to design and manage human organizational and resource systems, master Organization Development, and apply advanced management skills. This includes understanding the history of OD, analyzing disruptions and implementing planned interventions, designing corporate strategies, and fostering productive teamwork. Graduates will be prepared for leadership roles, managing HR systems, leading change initiatives, and promoting ethical practices.
Finish in One Year
