Second year doctoral students in the Ph.D. in Organization Development program, along with several Ph.D. alumni, had the chance to present at the Midwest Academy of Management conference, which took place in Chicago on October 12-14, 2023. Student Jennifer Seyler was able to present a paper with Ph.D. alum, Dave Anderson, entitled, “Create A Leadership Team Culture That Can Tolerate Conflict and Researcher Scrutiny: An Insider Researcher Perspective On Using Multiple Methods & Tools, Plus Education, To Increase Reliability of Results During An Organizational Culture Change Agenda”

Symposium topics included themes of, “Shaping Innovation and Technology,” “Reimagining Change and Teams: Challenges and Opportunities,” “Organization Change and The Dynamic Environment” and “Reimagining The Academy Means Reimaging Organization Development (od) Thinking.” Find additional information on the topics here.
