The April 20 LeadHership Summit examined how leadership roles for women are currently evolving and how women are transforming leadership in all walks of life.
LeadHership is produced by Benedictine University’s young women’s leadership program called L.E.A.D.S., which stands for Leadership, Empowerment, Action, Development and Service. Created in 2021, it is a four-year co-curricular, transformational program for first-year undergraduate women who demonstrate a desire to grow as leaders.
