On Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in a packed Gillett Hall Community Room, Benedictine University Mesa Campus celebrated a milestone event, the 10-year Anniversary of our partnership with the Mesa Community and the start of our institution providing a Catholic and Benedictine education to students in the southwest. Mayor Scott Smith, who was in office at the time, was instrumental in selecting Benedictine University to be Mesa’s University. Mayor Smith, Mayor Giles, President Gregory, along with other community leaders, faculty, staff, and Mesa alumni were present to celebrate this momentous occasion and hear from President Gregory what the next decade will bring to the City of Mesa. Mesa Alumna Guadalupe Martenez (’18) provided reflections on the future (where do we go from here). A great time was had by all!
