Who are visiting students?
Visiting students are full- or part-time students who do not have degree status and are ineligible for any financial assistance. Visiting students take courses for their enrichment and are not working toward a degree at Benedictine University.
What is the cost?
Please refer to the current tuition and fees list to determine the cost of a course. Students who are taking a course as a visiting student do not receive financial assistance to pay for the course.
Where do I begin?
The Advising Center may request transcripts to verify prerequisites or various placement exams. Please refer to the course schedule to select your desired course(s) and complete the form below to register.
When can I register for a class?
Visiting students are able to register for Summer 2023 classes starting March 1st and Fall 2022 students can register starting April 19th. Once you submit the form for registration, an Academic Advisor from the Advising Center will contact you to complete the registration process.
What are Pre-Requisites?
In order to register for a course, you will need to have completed all the pre-requisites required. Pre-requisites will be listed on the course schedule. Using TES (Transfer Evaluation System), you can check if previous courses that you have completed will meet the Benedictine equivalent pre-requisite course(s). If you have any questions about pre-requisites or transfer course equivalencies please contact the Advising Center.
