Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Organizational Behavior

The field of Organization Behavior is exploding. Our highly-acclaimed program will help you become tomorrow’s difference-maker and change leader. It provides you with the critical-thinking skills and abilities needed to create high-performance organizations, drive change and mobilize a workforce.

The B.B.A. degree in Management and Organizational Behavior curriculum is designed to provide graduates with a basic foundation in the functional areas of business, accounting, management and marketing. Students can earn their B.B.A. and Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior in just four years. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership is offered in a hybrid/off-campus format in central Illinois and online.

Admissions Requirements

Minimum 60 transferable credit hours, Cumulative GPA 2.0/ 4.0 from any college level coursework, 22 years of age or older, two years of work experience.

Students who do not meet the above admissions requirements are encouraged to contact the Adult Accelerated Enrollment office to set up an appointment with one of our adult admission counselors to discuss the Admission Committee review process.
