Benedictine students and alumni are invited to attend this month's networking event which will begin in Kindlon, room 162, to network with and listen to guest speakers:
· Stacy Jo Barber, Art Therapist & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at New Horizon Center; Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University
· Brendan Shanley, Art Director at McGuffin Creative Group & Photographer at Lost In Print, LLC
Following the networking portion of the evening, all will proceed to the fifth floor to hear Ms. Barber and Mr. Shanley's presentations in the Fr. Michael E. Komechak ,O.S.B Art Gallery. The two speakers will discuss their businesses &professions, tell the stories of their own career paths, and offer advice on the application process as well as effective networking and interviewing strategies. Please bring your resume and business/networking cards to share.
Coffee, tea, chili, sandwiches, and dessert will be served!
