Intramural Sports & Fitness


From anything to the athlete that wants more to the Grad student that wants to make time to stay fit, Benedictine University's Intramural Sports and Fitness Center allow you to clear your mind or have a little fun in your free time. 

The Intramural Sports at Benedictine can be a great way to make new friends and spend time with current ones. When the weather is nice go outside for some flag football. Or stay inside for foosball, basketball, volleyball and dodge ball. Check out schedules of events in the spring and fall and sign up to take a little breather or create a team.

Benedictine University also offers a full fitness center with treadmills, free weights and ellipticals to build some muscle or keep your body in shape. There is WiFi and music always playing to keep you moving. If you need to take a break or don't want to sweat to much there is a ping pong table and yoga mats.
