Diploma Insert Distribution and Transcript Availabilty

To All Commencement Convocation Participants:

Benedictine University has one official Commencement ceremony held in May.  During the Commencement ceremony you will receive your diploma cover. For those not participating in Commencement Convocation, diploma covers will be mailed to you upon request.

Degree Completion and Distribution of Diploma Inserts

Upon verification of degree completion:

• Diplomas Inserts of December 2009 graduates will be mailed during month of February 2010.
• Diplomas Inserts of March 2010 graduates will be mailed during month of April 2010.
• Diplomas Inserts of May 2010 graduates will be mailed during month of July 2010.
• Diplomas Inserts of August 2010 graduates will be mailed during month of October 2010.

NOTE:  Students must be in good financial standing to participate in the Commencement Ceremony, to receive the diploma insert, and to receive an official transcript.
