To have a project added to the production calendar, please complete the request form below. New projects may require a meeting, depending on scope.
Due to the number of current clients and projects MarCom supports, the production schedule requires a minimum of 8-weeks production time once MarCom receives all completed content/initiative details (including budget) and direction from you. Our marketing and communications expertise and BenU image/brand style combined with your vision will result in the successful completion of your initiative.
If you are unable to work within this production time and/or meet the established deadlines, MarCom will provide you a cost estimate to have the project externally produced with MarCom coordination. We also have flier and ecommunication templates available to you for last minute requests MarCom is unable to accommodate.
In addition to production duties, MarCom is a centralized creative force that works with the entire BenU community to develop new marketing campaigns and other University initiatives. We support every area at BenU and respecting these guidelines will allow us to provide our best to you and result in the best product for the University.
All fields in bold are required for you to complete.
VIDEO: If you require a video production with your request, then be sure to additionally schedule a meeting with Linda Hale at firstname.lastname@example.org or call her at Ext. 6092.
If you do not receive a response from our staff within 48 hours of this request, please notify Jody Conidi at email@example.com or call her at Ext. 6068.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large volume of enrollment marketing support needed during the summer for the start of the fall semester on the main Lisle campus, Mesa branch campus, and National Moser Center of Adult Learning, the Office of Marketing and Communications is currently unable to accommodate any NEW marketing project requests in the areas of graphic design, video production, media relations (including press releases) and e-communications (including "blast" emails and e-newsletters) with a due date before late September.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we work diligently with limited resources to complete projects already scheduled during this time that support enrollment. Please contact Mercy Robb, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, with any questions or concerns.
