Joanna Beth Tweedy, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Benedictine University at Springfield, and author of The Yonder Side of Sass and Texas and numerous other publications, will talk about her novel, written in the South Midland Dialect. Her presentation, "Cow-Catchers, Bumfuzzles, and Chiggers–Oh, my!" promises to be entertaining and engaging. Join us on Thursday, April 4, 2013, from 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. on the second floor of Kindlon Hall in the Benedictine Library IdeaLounge, near the windows beyond the TV monitors. Coffee and snacks will be served.
