You can log in or create an ILLiad account at any time from the Interlibrary Loan page on the library website. If you try to request an article from one of our databases and do not have an ILLiad account, you will be prompted to create one at that time.
On the New User Registration page you will be asked to complete a user profile. Fields marked with an * are required. Click the Submit Information button at the bottom to create your account. Make sure you choose a User Name and Password you can remember.
If you find an article you wish to request in one of our databases, you will see the a link to use ILLiad under the ILL option. Click 'Go' to be taken into ILLiad. You will be asked to create an account or login if you already have one.
If you have the citation information for an article you'd like to request that is not available in our databases you can enter it into the article request form located in the left navigation when logged into your ILLiad account. Just complete the required fields in the form (marked with an *) and submit.
With ILLiad at BenU Library you can now view the status of your requests, request history and email notifications. Just log in to ILLiad and then select the appropriate action under the View category.
