To change you current address or phone number:

There are two options to change your home address or phone number on our systems.

1. You can email BenCentral@ben.edu from your Benedictine Email Address with your new address.
2. You can fill out the Change of information form and fax it to our department at (630) 829-6501

To change your name:

If you are changing your name, you must fill out the change of information form and submit it to our office. All name changes must be accompanied with a valid legal document for the name change (i.e. court document, marriage certificate, or divorce paperwork).
