Lisle campus faculty and staff and all students may pick up their new BenCard at University Police in the Krasa Center, lower level, Monday-Saturday 8:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. according to the below schedule beginning Monday, August 3.

Moser Center staff with security cards (including student workers and faculty mentors) may pick up their new BenCard at Michi Dubes’ office in the Moser Center, Room 121, Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. according to the schedule below beginning Monday, August 3. Moser faculty must come to the Lisle campus to pick up their cards according to the schedule below.

August 3 

• Staff who are on the Lisle campus during the summer
• Moser Center staff with security cards (including student workers and faculty mentors)

August 16 (Move-in for Fall athletes)

• Student-Athletes who report to campus early for fall practice
• U.S. Bank will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  

August 25 (Opening Faculty and Staff Meeting)

• Faculty and staff who are not on the Lisle campus during the summer
• U.S. Bank will be available from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.  

August 27 (Freshman Move-in)

• Residential freshman students
• U.S. Bank will be available from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

August 28 (Welcome Weekend and New Faculty Orientation)

• Commuter freshman students
• All transfer students
• New faculty 
• U.S. Bank will be available from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

August 29 (Founders’ Woods Move-in)

• Returning students who will live in Founders’ Woods
• U.S. Bank will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

August 30 (Returning Students Move-in)

• Returning students who will live in the residence halls
• U.S. Bank will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

August 31 (First Day of Classes)

• Returning commuter students
• Adult undergraduate and graduate students taking classes at the Lisle campus, Moser Center or any off-site location
• Any Benedictine community member not already re-carded
• U.S. Bank will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

September 4

• Last day old IDs will be accepted at the Library, all Dining Services locations and as access to the Residence Halls, Founders’ Woods and the Moser Center.
