To schedule an advising appointment for spring registration contact your academic advisor as soon as possible. Advising appointments will begin on Monday, October 26 and run through Thursday, November 19. Advisor information is below.

What to expect during Spring advising:
- Work with your advisor to identify courses you must take next semester.
- Compile a list of possible core courses/electives you may take in the spring.
- Review the steps for self-registration
- You may ask any questions about your major or courses you have taken/will take.
- Discuss current holds on your account
You will NOT be registering for courses during your advising appointment.
What You Should Do Before Your First Advising Appointment
- Familiarize yourself with the majors and courses available to you
- Come up with specific questions for your academic advisor
- Review and complete Enrollment Packet
What To Expect From Your Advising Appointment
- Review placement exam results, AP credit, personal interests and possible major choice.
- Register for Fall 2009 class schedule.
- Learn how to log onto your Benedictine University e-mail account.

- October 26 to November 19 – Advising Appointments for Spring 2010 Registration. Please sign up for individual time with your advisor.
- Wednesday , November 4 at 8:00 a.m. – Commuter Breakfast: Kindlon Atrium
- November 20 beginning at 7:00 a.m. – Freshmen Registration
- November 22 – Last Date to withdraw from courses (15 week classes)
- December 15-19 – Finals week
