Ed.D. Leadership Blog - Advancing Higher Education

Welcome to the leadership blog for the Center for Higher Education and
Organizational Change at Benedictine University. Here you will find
updates about our latest research, seminars, and program announcements.
The Benedictine Ed.D. Leadership blog exists as a forum for ongoing
collaboration, dialogue, and innovation to advance organizational change
in higher education.

Students of the Benedictine Ed.D. program are highly capable
professionals who wish to accelerate their career paths. Our students
benefit from our collaboration with Benedictine's Ph.D. program in
Organizational Development, and its themes of leadership and
organizational development and change, which are highly relevant to the
world of higher education. In addition, Ed.D. students benefit from
research from the business world, which enables them to apply this
knowledge in a higher education environment. Students grow as active
leaders influenced by the best practices of organizational development
and change.

We want to hear from you - so leave a comment. You have a big part to
play in the success of this forum! For students and alumni interested in
contributing research, updates, or regular submissions for the
Leadership blog - please leave a comment, or email Dr. Eileen Kolich
